Who we are

For questions about this policy or your data, please contact us by email. The business mailing address above is retained for legal notices and postal rights required by applicable law; routine website support inquiries are handled by email.

What we collect

An account stores the name, email, and password you submit. The password is stored only as a hash. BookBloom does not show it back to you.

Your company profile, services and rates, leads, estimates, and follow-ups are stored for your signed-in account. Message drafts are returned for your review and copying; draft usage is recorded. Other business accounts do not receive your records. The public demo does not save what you type.

Service providers

We use service providers to run BookBloom: hosting and database, sign-in and account emails (email verification and password reset), Google sign-in if you choose it, and Stripe for subscription billing. Stripe receives your billing details directly; BookBloom does not store your full card number.

AI drafting

When you request an AI draft and AI drafting is connected, your business name, service area and hours, selected message type and tone, the customer's first name, service details and frequency, up to 400 characters of inquiry notes, and the latest saved estimate's total and status are sent to the AI provider. Customer email and phone fields are not included, but personal information entered in notes or other included text may be sent. Without AI drafting connected, drafts use templates without contacting an AI provider.

Who can see your data

Authorized platform operators can review account and business information for administration and support. Access to these tools is restricted.

Retention and deletion

Your records are kept while your account exists, including after a subscription ends. You can export your data and request account deletion from your account settings. Deletion requests are reviewed by BookBloom before records are removed. Billing and audit records may be kept where needed for accounting, legal, or security reasons.
